Many countries are working on design and development of sub orbital capsules and crafts. That is where major wars will be fought, experts say. Like in Iraq when America took control of the sky in a day or less, countries will race to take control of sub orbital space. Satellites can be destroyed from there.
Many countries are working on development of ultrasonic sub orbital capsules that can provide the superiority in the outermost strata in the earth’s atmosphere. Controlling the ionosphere and the magnetosphere is essential in winning the war in the coming years, experts believe. The ionosphere and the magnetosphere can be manipulated from earth’s surface. For example, a ballistic mille has to come though the ionosphere to the earth. The electronics in the missile can be fried making it blind and useless. That is why Russians came up with a new kind of missile that does not need to reenter the ionosphere again.
But there are crafts in design and even some declassified that can hover around with speed exceeding Mac10 in the sub orbit. The race right now is to take control of the zone below the ionosphere. The satellites and the Air Force of an adversary can be made blind and useless if the atmosphere just below the ionosphere can be controlled.
In designing such crafts, the biggest concern is navigation at high speed and of course the stealth. The race right now is to create non-conventional stealth that can make conventional stealth fighters and bombers obsolete.
One more area of active research all over the world is in the area of new energy seeking scanners. That technology also is reverse engineered from the extraterrestrials. The energy seeking scanners can scan the whole environment under the ionosphere to find any moving source of energy. That causes all the conventional stealth to fail.
The obvious challenge then is how to create an infrastructure to evade energy source. That is where extraterrestrial technologies come in handy. One of the reasons why night vision equipment miserably fail to capture the extraterrestrial air crafts is that they use stealth to hide the energy source. It is not that they do not use energy. As a matter of fact they use energy even for communication.
The race right now among is in development for a sub orbital air force, unmanned, smart and ready to be in “near space” twenty four hours a day.
Who ever controls the sub orbit wins the war because ballistic missiles are days of the past. Cruise missiles that never cross the ionosphere can be taken out by these sub orbit capsules before they pose any threat.

This might sound like the work of a highly imaginative reporter but I personally believe that during the making of UFO Magazines documentary The Secret NASA Transmissions I came across an interesting technology article on an Australian ‘Tomorrows World type’ programme. It featured the work of Seattle based ‘Tethers Unlimited’
On camera their people openly talked about a ‘Terminator Tether’ hardly a gentle description for what although was explained as a cheap method of clearing near space of tons of space junk, could well be conceived as a weapon of aggression.
